E-Course Completion
Program Status
Upon completion of all steps contained within each e-course module, the following notification will appear in the lower-left area of the program window:
'This program is over. You can still view your steps.’
Certificate of Completion
A pop-up notification will appear within the program window confirming that the online e-course has been completed, and that a ‘Certificate of Completion’ has been e-mailed to the registered student | participant.
E-Mail Notifications
Students | participants will receive two separate e-mail notifications:
1. Confirmation of E-Course Completion
2. Issued: Certificate of Completion
Once the e-mail notification is received, click the ‘Get Certificate’ button to generate a copy of the certificate of completion. A copy of the certificate will appear in a separate window to download or print.

Alternatively, students | participants who have completed the program | online e-course can generate the certificate of completion by accessing the online e-portal and selecting My Programs in the drop-down menu.
My Programs
On the My Programs page there are two columns labeled, ‘Active’ and ‘Completed’:
1. Active
The active column lists the active programs | courses that a student | participant is currently enrolled in.

2. Completed
The completed column lists the programs | courses that a student | participant has successfully completed.

To generate a Certificate of Completion,
1. Click on the ‘Completed’ column.
2. Then select, ‘Get Certificate.’
A notification will appear at the bottom of the page confirming that the certificate of completion
has been e-mailed to the student | participant e-mail address on file.
Progress Badges
The pop-up notification also contains a list of Progress Badges earned by students | participants who have completed the required steps contained within each e-learning module.
Alternatively, students | participants can view a list of progress badges earned by accessing the online e-portal and selecting ‘Profile’ from the e-portal drop-down menu.
Profile (Banner | Header)
On the Profile page, progress badges earned appear along the bottom area of the Banner | Header.
Profile (Badge Section)
A list of Progress Badges earned can also be viewed in the Badges section located beneath the About section within the Profile page.
